Shipping Policy – Womenias Style House

We deliver products across India for retail, reseller and wholesale orders.

1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation and payment.

2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, quantity and delivery location and will be communicated/charged at the time of order.

4. COD Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations and products, subject to availability.

5. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier/tracking details with you.

6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, festivals, courier issues, strikes, remote locations or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, address and contact number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address or failed delivery.

8. Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. This may be required for an exchange claim.
